Terms of Service

1. Who You Are Contracting With

SimpliFlo is a product of DT Designs LLC (“we”, “us”). Repair My Funnel is a trading name of the same company. Where these Terms refer to the service, they mean the SimpliFlo web application at app.simpliflo.io and the SimpliFlo Capture browser extension together.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for everything done under your account. You must give accurate information when signing up and be at least the age of majority where you live.

One account is for one person. If you need access for a team, contact us rather than sharing credentials.

3. What SimpliFlo Does

SimpliFlo is a research and planning tool. It lets you map funnels and value ladders, and — through the Capture extension — save screenshots of web pages, ads and emails you choose to capture, organised into your own private library.

Captures are taken only when you ask for them, from pages you are already viewing in your own browser. SimpliFlo does not browse the web on your behalf, except when you explicitly request a mobile version of a capture, which re-loads that public URL on our servers.

4. Capturing Third-Party Content

Screenshots you capture may contain material owned by other people. You are responsible for how you use what you capture. Saving a page for private research and reference is generally different from republishing it, and the law on this varies by country and by use.

Do not use SimpliFlo to reproduce or redistribute someone else’s content as your own, to capture material you are not permitted to access, or in a way that breaks the terms of the sites you are capturing from.

If you publish a share link, you are choosing to make those captures visible to anyone holding that link. That choice, and its consequences, are yours.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, resell access to it, or use it for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close accounts that do these things, and will normally tell you why.

6. Plans, Billing and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe. Prices and plan limits are shown before you buy. We never see or store your card details.

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — your account stays on the paid plan until then, and is not charged again.

We do not automatically refund partial periods. If something has gone wrong, write to support@repairmyfunnel.com and we will deal with it fairly; we would rather resolve a problem than keep money from someone who did not get what they paid for.

If a payment fails we may retry it and, if it keeps failing, move the account to the free plan. Your data is not deleted when that happens.

7. Your Content

You own the funnels, ladders, notes, tags and captures you create. We claim no ownership of them.

You grant us only the permissions we need to run the service: to store your content, process it (for example generating thumbnails and mobile renders), and display it back to you and to anyone you deliberately share it with.

You can delete individual items, or your whole account, at any time.

8. Availability and Changes

We work to keep SimpliFlo available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change, and occasionally be removed, as the product develops.

The Capture extension depends on the structure of third-party websites, which those sites change without notice. Capture quality on any particular site may vary or break, and restoring it is best-effort.

If we ever discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

9. Disclaimers and Limits

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. SimpliFlo is a planning and research tool — nothing in it is business, legal, financial or marketing advice, and we make no promise about results you may get from using it.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell account holders by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use SimpliFlo after that means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be handled by the courts there.
