You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. Plan limits and features are described at the point of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the funnels, designs, and other content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and display that content in order to operate the service.

5. Service Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
